Ok, as you might know I’m Norwegian, also I’m in the same kind of school as high school in the states, in 2 days, there is something called Operation Dagsverk, if you translate it it would be something like operation day labour, or day work, where about 90% or more work one day for students in other countries, well in 2 days it’s my turn(today actually since I wrote this 2 days ago), well I’ll be one of the 10% that won’t work, but I have done so in the past. In the 3 previous years i’ve worked, never been at school, but this year I won’t work, mainly since i’m lazy and don’t want to get my hands dirty doing garden work for my father, or clean the house for the 300 NOK that I would have to get in, i’m also curious how school that day will be. Well we will see, i’ll update you later how it was.

MatsEveryday stuff thoughts
Life what is it? Is it the reality we live everyday, or is it more. This might be something you heard before, it might be one of the most asked question in the world. It’s something i think we never really gonna find an complete answer too, it’s like what’s the meaning of life, what’s life in general, what’s the meaning of the world, is it just how Darwin thought it was, with the strongest survives, is it love? Is it wealth and power? Is it just me that sometimes think like this, or does other people also do it? This might be something normal to write, but I’ve never done it. Well that was my philosophic thoughts for now.

MatsGadgets MP3
I’ve finally gotten my MP3 player back, or to say it better, not my old one, but a new one, I bought a Creative Zen 8GB a couple of weeks ago, and it got broken after a week. So now I got a new one from the shop I bought it from, Komplett.no.
I actually got to say that I regret that I bought it online, since I did the math, after I sent it back to them I lost about 50 Kr, it’s not much but it would also been faster to get a new one if I bought it in a store close by. So now it’s connected to my USB port charging, hopefully it will last a little longer then 1 week this time, if that happens, I’ll demand to get my money back.

MatsComputer stuff, religion linux, religion
I’ve never seen my self as a believer in God, Allah or any other god, or be in an religion at all. I’m not baptised or been going to church, except when I have been forced to by school, or weddings and funerals, I think that’s pretty normal. At least I’m not alone in thinking like this. As said in the past I’m normally not using windows, but now I am on Windows Vista, it’s much slower then I’m used to. It’s like eating all my ram. I’m not very found of Vista, only reason why I still got it on my pc is that it’s easier to play games on, since the game industry don’t make games for Linux. If they started doing that they would at least got one costumer.
Any of you guys noticed the fan wars on internet between the mac people and windows users. I can’t see the reason why people would fight over something more stupid then a OS, it’s a tool, not an religion. Even tho I prefer Linux over Windows, I still use windows. Even when I see more errors then good. If only they would actually sell PCs without a OS.

MatsEveryday stuff, skole nothing
oh well, as i’ve promised in the last post, i’m updateing this blogg, and in english even.
Tomorrow i got a test in Religion. It’s about definsions and stuff, i can’t help it, but i hate the subject, it’s so boring. Also, it’s not long until the linux distro i’m useing normally gets a new version(i’m on windows vista now, wanted to play some games.). i’m looking forward to it, i need to do some cleaning on my /home/ file you see, so i’m gonna do a 100% clean install again, with a cleaned /home/. i coud offcorse just delete it manually, or do something like that, but i got so mutch crap there that i just prefer doing it again.
i’ll post something on how i’ve done it when i’ve done it.
